| The main purpose of the Forum is to create an interagency partnership that will promote effective transitions into adulthood, for young people with special needs and disabilities. |
Learning Disability Development Fund |
This year (April 2010 to March 2011) our area of work has £20,995 from the Partnership Board's Learning Disability Development Fund. We have not yet decided how we will spend that money. We will put a notice on this page when we decide.
